Your kindness keeps us going

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

My husband, Chris “Grizz” McIntire, passed away in his sleep in November 2025. Over the past year, this town has lifted up our family during the hardest time of our lives.

I will never be able to reach everyone who helped, supported, prayed for and loved us over the past year. Thank you for everything. Your kindness keeps us going during these dark days.

Harpswell is truly the best place to have a tragedy.

Margaret McIntire, Orr’s Island
