A night to remember

Accounts regarding speeding on Harpswell roads seem more and more prevalent. I noticed in the November issue an article about speeding near (and on?) the bridge over Gurnet Strait. While certainly unsafe, speeding in this area approaches crazy decision-making on the part of drivers.

The town of Harpswell is in the process of fixing and updating the road on which I live. Town planners, architects and contractors have begun to create a reality that will be an improvement.

Do you remember the Fourth of July between 2 and 4 p.m.? Like much of this summer, it rained and at times it poured! However, for the Mingo Club, the sun was shining!
