The town is soliciting feedback on a proposal for several changes to streetlight locations.
The town will convert its streetlights to more efficient and longer-lasting LED lights this year, a project expected to reduce costs for energy and maintenance.
As part of the process, the town reviewed all existing streetlights and is proposing to eliminate 11, add five and move two. Part of the proposal seeks to improve lighting at the intersection of Route 24 and Mountain Road.
Red notices have been posted on poles where a streetlight is slated for removal. Pink notices have been posted on poles where a new light is being proposed or moved.
