Marcia Holmes Musto died on Oct. 15 at The McLellan in Brunswick. She was 86 years old. Marcia was born on April 10, 1937, in Newark, a small town in upstate New York that is between Rochester and Syracuse. Her parents were Richard L. Holmes and Maureen Ball Holmes.

Dr. Kenneth G. Wood passed peacefully in the company of family members on Oct. 20, just three weeks after his wife of 75 years, Jean, passed away. Ken was born in Niagara Falls, Canada, on Jan. 11, 1924, to Blanche and George Wood.

Mary Egan passed away on Oct. 17. She was predeceased by her husband, Philip Egan, who died on Nov. 22, 2021. Mary was born in Auburn, Massachusetts, on Jan. 5, 1932, to Thomas A. Williams and Dorothy Degnan. Philip was born on March 4, 1931, in Worcester, Massachusetts, to John Egan and Helen Morin Egan.

Devens Dexter Arnett, 83, of Harpswell, passed away on Sept. 20 at Hill House Assisted Living in Bath. He was born in Waltham, Massachusetts, on Nov. 8, 1939, the son of Sarah Ann (Paul) and Rexford Arnett Sr.

Meta and Bill Carlson passed away in Harpswell, respectively, on March 10 and August 6 of this year. Both had celebrated turning 90 years old.

Fred Perry (Alfred Arnold Jr.) met his Creator on Aug. 21. He was born on May 14, 1957, to Alfred Arnold Perry Sr. (1937-1993) and Mae Ruth Perry (nee Johnson, born 1936).

Just shy of 70 years ago, John was brought into this world as the first child of Samuella (Brownie) Rose Etnier (1929-2003) and Stephen Morgan Etnier (1903-1984).

Dr. Beverly Prosser Gelwick, of Cundy's Harbor, passed away peacefully on July 21, surrounded by those she loved.

Carol Susan Ferraro passed away on Sunday, June 25, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, a short two days after her 71st birthday.

Sandy Dolley passed away at home on May 16, 2023, following a courageous battle with cancer. She spent her final weeks looking out at the water and celebrating her life, surrounded by loving family and friends.
