Harbor student earns ‘highest honors’

For more than 120 years, the Curtis Memorial Library building on Pleasant Street in Brunswick has welcomed readers, writers, poets and those seeking a quiet refuge to research local history, warm up by the fireplace, or simply sit and take in the art and architecture of the space.

Moving Ink Media, the creative company behind the award-winning web comic and animated short "Kamikaze," will launch a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign on July 22. Their goal is to publish "Kamikaze: Before the Storm - Part 2," the fourth volume in their science fiction graphic novel series. The monthlong campaign has a goal of $11,000 to fund the final polish and printing of the 120-page comic book.
