Input wanted: Lobster trap storage

To promote Harpswell’s working waterfront community concept, Harpswell Neck is considering setting up a program for lobster trap storage at Mitchell Field.

Is this something that would be beneficial to Harpswell’s lobster fishermen?

How many would be interested in participating?

How much space would be needed for each fisherman?

For what period of time would traps be stored?

Besides storage, what other actions would need to be conducted concurrent with storage, such as cleaning, repairs, trash disposal, etc.?

What impact would this have on the area (smells, residue, etc.), and how can this be successfully resolved?

What else?
