“Dead-end road to success” (July) was a great article about an almost unknown business in Harpswell. I thought you would like to know the rest of the story as to how it continues to be a part of a much larger and ongoing picture.
Our son, Sam Greenwood, is a retired sports photographer and competitive skeet enthusiast. He visits Cole Fine Guns & Gunsmithing on nearly every trip to Maine, as he photographs and catalogs the very type of guns that Cole’s sells. He often brings guns or related items that need Cole’s expert repair and returns to Florida with repaired guns or needed parts.
It is hard to believe that Bog Road continues to provide world-class service to so many venues. Rich Cole is truly a Harpswell treasure, hidden off the beaten path.
