Nancy Jean White

Nancy Jean White, 70, of Harpswell, died Jan. 13, 2026, at home.

Nancy was born May 27, 1955, a daughter of Robert Leslie White and Barbara Elizabeth Wiley White. She was involved with Grace-Street Ministry in Portland.

Nancy enjoyed traveling to Scotland and gardening. She was involved in rescuing farm animals, beekeeping, cooking and being with family, as well as music and singing.

She was pastor of the North Yarmouth Congregational Church and associate pastor of Elijah Kellogg Church in Harpswell. She had many successful years in a business career.

She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Robert A. White; and a goddaughter, Shelby Dickinson Vermilya. Survivors include Vince and Sandra Golonka; her siblings, Peter White, Linda Hall, Scott White and Rae Anne White, Deborah White, Chris Hall, and Sandi White; and nieces and nephews, Kim and Kevin Reome, Jessica and Brian Larose, Leanne and Matt Lehman, Heather and Glenn Green, and Meredith White and Lexi White.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to Grace-Street Ministry at gracestreetministry.org or Grace-Street Ministry, PO Box 7967, Portland, ME 04112.

Edward Alan "Ed" Levine, 67, of Orr's Island, Maine, formerly of New Rochelle, New York, and Sharon, Massachusetts, passed away surrounded by family on Feb. 14, 2026. Ed leaves behind his beloved wife, Barbara Nodiff, and his Australian cattle dog, Bogie.
