Leslie Remick Bradbury

Leslie Remick Bradbury, of Harpswell, the wife of the late David George Bradbury for 62 years, passed away on May 30, 2025.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on April 18, 1935, she lived in Mansfield, Massachusetts, until her retirement in 1989.  She and David settled in Harpswell, Maine, in 1998.

She graduated from Tufts University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in occupational therapy and graduated from Boston University with a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling. Her last employment was with the commonwealth of Massachusetts as a special education and early childhood specialist.

Leslie is left by her sister and brother-in-law, Marcia and Paul Johnson, of Brunswick, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

There will be no services, as she requested. Her burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Pownal.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cundy’s Harbor Library and/or the Midcoast Humane Society.

Francis S. "Frank" Mynahan Jr., 81, died peacefully on Thursday, Nov. 2, at Maine Medical Center, following a brief illness. His loving family was by his side. Frank was born in Lynn, Massachusetts, on May 16, 1942, the son of the late Francis S. Mynahan Sr. and Mary S. (Chibirka) Mynahan.

Stanley Allen was born on July 17, 1916. His life was tragically cut short at the age of 25, during the attack on the USS Oklahoma at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
